Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Empereal Energy Solutions collects, uses, and protects your personal information, including the choices available for optional analytics and marketing technologies.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Introduction

Empereal Energy Solutions ("Empereal," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our services. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our contact form, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, project location, and project details. If you permit optional analytics or marketing technologies, configured providers may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions with the website. We do not include contact-form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, companies, or message content in analytics conversion events.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; process your requests and deliver our services; send administrative information such as updates to our terms and policies; send marketing and promotional communications (with your consent); improve our website, products, and services; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with: our subsidiaries and affiliates; trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business; legal and regulatory authorities when required by law; and parties involved in a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Optional measurement technologies are disabled by default and load only after you grant the relevant category. Depending on which services are configured, we may use Google Analytics directly or through Google Tag Manager to measure aggregate website usage; Microsoft Clarity to understand interaction patterns through heatmaps and masked session recordings; and the Meta Pixel to measure campaign visits and lead conversions. Google consent signals, Microsoft Clarity Consent API signals, and Meta Pixel consent controls are updated when you change your preference.

Analytics consent enables configured Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement. Marketing consent enables configured advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel and advertising-related Google or Microsoft storage. Strictly necessary storage used for website security and remembering your privacy selection cannot be disabled. You may accept all, reject non-essential technologies, select categories individually, or change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings. See our Cookie Policy for the current categories, identifiers, purposes, and typical lifetimes.

Microsoft Clarity masks input and select-field content by default, and our contact form is explicitly marked for masking. Successful contact submissions may generate a consent-gated, non-identifying generate_lead event for aggregate conversion reporting. The event contains only the form type and general lead source, never the values entered into the form.

6. Analytics and Advertising Providers

When enabled by configuration and your consent, information may be processed by Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, and Meta Platforms, Inc. These providers act under their own service terms and privacy documentation and may process data in countries outside your place of residence. We configure consent controls to restrict optional storage and collection according to your selection, but each provider controls its own infrastructure and retention practices.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We will retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Optional providers apply their own retention schedules and account settings; typical browser-storage lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable retention practices.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including: the right to access your personal data; the right to request correction of inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
